Auto Partner S.A. has signed a contract with M+G to provide communications support for the company’s public offering. The agency’s tasks will include comprehensive conduct of the campaign accompanying the company’s listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The coordinator and bookrunner for the public offering is Dom Maklerski BZ WBK, and the legal advisers are Daniłowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki i Wspólnicy.

Auto Partner S.A. is one of Poland’s largest and fastest growing importers and distributors of car parts. The company filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at the beginning of the year.
